The Brookline, Framingham and Worcester studios use the Soprano ICE system by Alma, which the studio says combines several laser wavelengths with an integrated ICE cooling system. The studio describes the Soprano system as award-winning and says its treatments are painless for all skin types, including tanned skin.

A visit usually begins with a free 30-minute consultation. Appointments are booked and paid for through the online booking button. Treatment covers areas from small spots like the upper lip and ears to larger zones such as the full back, full legs and full body, with beard, shoulders, chest and intimate areas among the options. Full body appointments are booked as 1 hour 25 minutes.

Because body and facial hair is treated once every 4 to 6 weeks, a course typically includes 6 to 10 sessions, with results varying by person. Touch-ups once or twice a year may be needed. Before treatment, clients are asked to stop waxing and tweezing two weeks ahead, avoid tanning and antibiotics for the same period, and shave the treated area 24 hours or less before the appointment. Redness, irritation, bumps or swelling afterward typically fade within 24 hours. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

The studio builds treatment around a series of sessions, starting with a free consultation and priced by area size.
