Lauren opened her first location, Le Spa, in 2011, and the first Firm Lab treatments were developed there. The Firm Lab corporate location opened in November 2024, and the business says the Firm Lab brand is planned for franchising in select parts of the United States.

The business says it aims for noninvasive, results-driven treatments and products at affordable prices. HIFU uses 7D Julati technology from Korea, which the business says works on layers from the SMAS fascia to the epidermis, and it says the effect continues for roughly three months after a session. Hair restoration uses platelet-rich plasma drawn from the client's own blood, injected into the scalp and followed by microneedling, with a topical anesthetic applied first. Mild soreness may last about a week, normal routines can resume the next day, and strenuous activity that causes sweating is advised against for about a week. The business recommends at least three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart.

Weight loss begins with a free consultation with a physician, who checks whether a new client qualifies for semaglutide. Not everyone qualifies. Semaglutide is injected weekly with a B12 shot each week, and the physician adjusts the dose weekly. The site states semaglutide is FDA approved. Tirzepatide with B12 is also offered on a four-week basis, along with MIC injections containing methionine, inositol and choline with added vitamin B-12, given once or twice a week.
