Beauty Lab Day Spa operates two locations, one at 1505 Imperial Ctr in West Plains, Missouri and one at 5904 Woodson Rd in Mission, Kansas. The West Plains studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The site lists hours only for West Plains.

The spa describes itself as focused exclusively on women's needs. It also says every treatment uses medical grade products and protocols. Those are the spa's own claims.

The facial menu ranges from a 30-minute express glow to a 90-minute customized facial and a one-hour Chocolate Covered Cherry Facial. Firming Vibrant C Facial is a one-hour visit with a vitamin C enzyme peel and a double mask, using Imagine Skincare products. Hydraflow Pore Deep Cleaning, 1 hour 15 minutes, combines a customized mask with LED red light and high frequency. Other options include a Rose Quartz Gua Sha Facial, Citrus Essence Facial, Enzyme Customized Facial, a Radio Frequency skin tightening facial with a customized 60-minute treatment, and Dermaplaning Facial. Teeth whitening is also offered as a one-hour, $100 service that includes twenty-minute LED light sessions.

Chemical peels include a Restorative Glycolic Chemical Peel and a Restorative TCA Chemical Peel, each one hour, with package pricing available for the TCA peel. A 20-minute Chemical Peel Upgrade can be added to some treatments for as little as $50, though not every treatment can be combined with it; the site says the upgrade is performed by certified professionals. Microneedle Anti-Aging Skin Rejuvenation is listed at $150.

Hair, lash, brow and body services round out the menu. A Hair and Scalp Head Spa Massage Therapy runs 60 minutes for $150, with a $35 surcharge for extra-long, past-hip or tangled hair, and can be paired with an Express Facial for 90 minutes at $225. Eyelash Lift and Tint and Eyebrow Lamination and Tint are each $60, with results lasting six to eight weeks. Airbrush Spray Tan is a 30-minute service at $25. The waxing menu covers face, brow, body and intimate areas, including a soft wax for brow shaping and a Brazilian wax, and the underarm wax is performed by a professional esthetician.
