Lash work is the main focus. Brow lamination shapes and sets brow hairs in a chosen shape and can include tint, and a lash lift curls natural lashes without extensions, with tint available as an add-on. The Korean lash lift works from the root of the natural lash and gives a waterproof, mascara-friendly result. Extension services cover full sets, fill-ins, touch-ups for small gaps, and professional removal that breaks down the adhesive so natural lashes are not pulled. Full sets begin with a consultation of the natural lashes and can be built in several styles chosen at the appointment.

The Lash Academy teaches eyelash extension training at this location. Courses include Classic Lash 101, Classic Hybrid and Volume, Wispy and Textured, and Korean Lash Lift, and a two-day Eyelash Extension training runs 10 hours. The academy describes itself as Chicago's number one lash academy and says its training is taught by licensed educators.

The salon is open Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and Sundays from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. Clients who need to be seen outside those hours can request an emergency squeeze-in by text. Weekday squeeze-ins before 9 am or after 6 pm carry a $50 fee, and weekend squeeze-ins carry an $80 fee. Squeeze-ins are not guaranteed and requests are answered within 20 to 30 minutes when a time is open.
