Brow services start with the Clean Brow Effect, a 60-minute threading appointment for $35 that includes a consultation, custom mapping, trimming and concealer styling, with a $15 deposit. The Precision Brow Effect is a 60-minute waxing appointment at the same price and deposit, with detailed mapping and finishing touches. It is not suited to clients with irritated or compromised skin, recent sunburn or recent exfoliation, and threading is suggested as a gentler option. The Structure Brow Effect is a 120-minute hybrid brow tint for $65 with a $25 deposit; the tint stains brow hairs and skin, lasting 3 to 10 days on the skin and longer on the hair, and custom color is chosen during the visit. The Lifted Brow Effect is a 120-minute brow lamination for $85 with a $35 deposit and is not available during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The Lami Refresh is a 120-minute maintenance visit for $60 with a $30 deposit, booked four to five weeks after lamination and open to new and returning clients, subject to a brow assessment; an optional brow tint can be added.

Lash services include the Elevated Lash Effect, a 120-minute Korean lash lift for $100 with a $50 deposit. It requires no extensions and healthy natural lashes, and the studio says results last 6 to 8 weeks. The Architect Effect combines the Korean lash lift with the hybrid brow tint in a 240-minute appointment for $150 with a $50 deposit; the tint on the skin lasts 3 to 10 days depending on skin type and aftercare.

Booking requires confirmation, and unconfirmed appointments may be cancelled. Arriving 10 or more minutes late counts as a cancellation and forfeits the deposit, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service price. Deposits are non-refundable, can be transferred once with at least 48 hours notice, and are taken only through GlossGenius. Changes made within 48 hours of an appointment forfeit the deposit. Children, pets and extra guests are not permitted unless approved in advance. Cash, card (with a 3.5% processing fee), Zelle and Venmo are accepted, and Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm and Cherry offer pay-in-4 with a 7% financing fee, while Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 after approval. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 10 AM to 4 PM, Friday and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, and closed Monday and Sunday.
