The studio says each client is unique and that its services are personalized to them.

The lash menu runs from natural one-to-one sets, roughly 80 to 90 percent full, through Y sets and hybrid sets, which place several lashes on each natural lash, to volume sets that are denser and darker. Special design sets such as fox eye, sunflower and natural wispy styles cost $15 more than the regular set, and lower lash extensions are also offered. Appointments run from 30 minutes for a removal to 2 hours 30 minutes for a removal combined with a special design, hybrid or volume set.

Clients who already have extensions done elsewhere can book a touch-up for $120, which takes about an hour and a half. The studio needs at least 20 percent of the existing extensions to be in good condition for a touch-up; otherwise a new set is required. Natural and Y sets do not include a 1-week touch-up.

On the skin care side, facials are $99. Basic Care is $159 and is aimed at dry skin, leaving it smooth and hydrated, and the studio lists it as suitable for oily, acne-prone, sensitive and dry skin types.

A $20 deposit secures each appointment. Cancelling less than 6 hours ahead forfeits half the deposit, and a no-show forfeits the whole deposit. Each appointment can be rescheduled once. New set clients receive 15 percent off their first visit, and clients who return every 4 weeks receive 15 percent off selected services. Clients who go 4 weeks or more between visits receive 5 percent off, and returning within 4 weeks restores the 15 percent discount. The studio says it uses only the finest products.
