Beauty ICU was started in response to clients who were not getting lasting results from their skin treatments. The founders placed the problem in the approach rather than in the effort clients were putting in, and built the business around plans fitted to each person's skin, concerns and goals.

Every new client begins with an initial consultation, which is required before any medical treatment. A registered nurse and the supervising physician team carry out the evaluation to determine which treatments are appropriate, and the $100 first-time fee is half credited toward future treatments.

The skin menu runs from a refreshing facial and a back treatment for breakouts up to microneedling and a combined PRP, Rejuran and microneedling session.

Beyond skin care, the business offers injectables such as Xeomin and platelet-rich plasma options, IV hydration blends, lab panels with a results review, laser hair removal, and a weight loss program built around tirzepatide with vitamin injections and nutritional guidance. The program is administered by a registered nurse and overseen by a medical director. Monthly memberships bundle recurring services such as laser sessions, facials, IV infusions and vitamin shots with discounts on retail and other services.

Treatment plans are built around each client's skin, concerns and goals, with a clinical consultation before medical treatments.
