Waxing is the core of the studio. Body waxing covers arms, legs, chest, back, stomach, underarms and other areas, and partial areas such as the back of the thighs can be booked. Brazilian and bikini waxing is done with a hypoallergenic hard wax, and the studio says that wax is suitable for all skin types. All services are open to men and women alike, and all genders, body types and sizes are welcome, with guests and children also welcome.

Brow and lash services include eyebrow waxing and shaping, eyebrow tinting, brow lamination and brow mapping, using hypoallergenic wax that includes a version made for sensitive skin. Lash lift and tint is also offered. Skin services include dermaplaning, which is recommended every four to six weeks, and vajacials, a treatment for the bikini area that addresses ingrowns, congestion, dark spots and hydration. A vajacial can be booked on the same day as a wax.

Every appointment is one-on-one and unhurried, and Emily explains each step, answers questions and checks that clients are comfortable. Product recommendations are given for before and aftercare, but clients are not pressured to buy. Before a wax, hair should be about a quarter inch long with no shaving, trimming or tweezing for about two weeks, exfoliation is done 48 hours beforehand, and tanning or sun exposure should be avoided for 24 hours. Retinol, acne medications and exfoliating acids should be stopped four to five days before face waxing and five days before eyebrow waxing. With regular appointments, regrowth becomes thinner and finer, and most body waxing clients stay smooth for about three to six weeks. Lash lift results typically last six to eight weeks, and some clients keep them for up to 12 weeks.
