Care is medically supervised. The medical director is a physician, and Nina Tupushev, an advanced aesthetic nurse practitioner, is also on the team. Texas requires a physician or family nurse practitioner to clear certain aesthetic services that involve prescription devices or drugs, so new clients book a pre-service medical clearance consultation before any treatment. Existing clients are not charged separately for that eligibility assessment, which is covered by the procedure fee. In-person and online aesthetic consultations are each $70 for 15 minutes, and a 30-minute consultation with Nina Tupushev is $120.

Booking is handled by text at 512-387-3127, which the business prefers. There is no front desk or call center to answer phones, and voicemail is the slowest route. Franchise questions also go by text, with Franchise in the subject line. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge and are made online through a registered account. Injectable work is a large part of the menu. Botulinum toxin is priced per unit for crow's feet ($15 per unit, $180 minimum), glabella lines and forehead lines, and it is also used for a lip flip and nose-shaping treatments. A lip flip does not add volume but can enhance filler results. Lip work includes standard augmentation, lip correction after augmentation and Russian Lips, a lip-shaping technique the business notes requires more advanced training than standard augmentation. Russian Lips is offered with a 0.5 ml or 1 ml HA syringe, and the provider checks beforehand whether the volume is enough.

Laser services cover laser hair reduction by area, from the areola and belly at $60 up to a full body at $900, along with laser rejuvenation using CO2 and Fotona 4D, an IPL photo facial, a carbon laser facial, spider vein laser treatment and laser tattoo removal, which starts at $200 with an estimate needed for an exact price. Body slimming includes carboxy belly, Laser I-Lipo 5D, Booty Build, belly skin tightening and monopolar RF energy. Thread-lifts range from $500 for smokers lines to $3,800 for a PDO breast thread-lift.

Treatments are medically supervised by a physician and a nurse practitioner, with a clearance consultation built in before new clients begin.
