New clients and certain promotions require a deposit by Venmo or invoice within 2 hours of the request, and deposits are non-refundable for cancellations under 48 hours. Cancellations under 48 hours, same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service value, and arriving 7 or more minutes late can lead to cancellation with the same-day fee.

Beauty Epitome also sells Mizzi Cosmetics lip care through its online shop and runs a referral program that gives the referrer 10% off their next eligible service, valid for 90 days after the referred appointment.

Corrective work is planned as a combination of in-studio treatments and a home care regimen, and regular custom facials are offered to clients without specific concerns.
