The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and on Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Each appointment begins with a consultation, where the choice of treatment, style and products is worked out around the client's hair needs, and the service is then tailored to that person. The aim is for every visit to feel comfortable and to leave clients feeling looked after.

The service menu covers extension-based styles like flip-over sew-ins, traditional sew-ins and quick weaves, along with stitch braids, two strand twists, a light braid down that is customized for each client, sleek and half up half down styles, silk presses and a smoothing treatment that uses the Eclipx Press. Some services need a deposit to hold the booking: $20 for men's stitch braids and wig braid downs, $25 for sleek ponytails and $30 for half up half down styles. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the appointment price.
