According to the studio, its waxing specialists are highly trained and hand-selected, and the business is built around expert technique, high standards and client care.
Waxing services cover the bikini and Brazilian area, the face, the upper and lower body, and select services for men from the waist up; full body waxing for men is not offered. Hair needs to be at least 1/4 inch long, and the studio recommends booking every 4 to 6 weeks. The first wax can feel uncomfortable, but sessions get easier as hair thins with regular visits. Brow waxing includes a consultation, shaping, filling in the brows and complimentary eye masks, and the brow tint typically lasts about a week, sometimes two with careful aftercare.
Monthly memberships are offered for brows at $29, for Brazilian waxing at $58, and for Brazilian with brows at $87. The Brazilian and brows memberships each include one service per month, and all members get priority booking and 10% off other waxing services and retail products. Each membership begins with a three-month commitment and then renews monthly until the member cancels. Fees are billed on the 1st of the month and are due by the 3rd, and a $5 late fee applies for each day payment is received after the 3rd. Cancellations and reschedules require 48 hours' notice, and once the initial commitment has ended, cancellations require 5 business days' notice. Credits can't be transferred or refunded.
Appointments have a 5-minute grace period, and arriving later may result in a cancellation fee. Changes within 48 hours of the appointment incur a fee, and no-call no-shows are responsible for the full appointment cost. A client whose card declines cannot book further appointments. Children are not allowed at appointments, and clients under 18 need a parent in the room and a signed guardian permission form for a Brazilian wax. All shop sales are final, and damaged products must be reported to Kylee within 48 hours of delivery.
