Lash extensions are placed one natural lash at a time, with the weight and length chosen to suit each natural lash. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, since natural lashes are shed daily. The business says it will always choose the health of clients' lashes over the look. Mini fills are for in-between visits and need at least 75 percent of extensions still in place; otherwise a regular fill is booked. Touch-ups are usually booked four to eight weeks after the first session and are not included in the initial price.

Teeth whitening comes as a 30-minute express treatment or a one-hour treatment using a 16 percent peroxide gel. The business says the one-hour option can lighten teeth by upwards of eight shades. Results are said to last about a year on average, depending on lifestyle and oral care, and crowns or other dental restorations are not whitened. Tooth gems are Swarovski crystals bonded to natural teeth without drilling, taking about 15 to 20 minutes including prep. They last six months to two years and must be removed by a dental professional. Tooth gems come in three sizes, and the price varies by size.

Eyelash extension tweezers, lash adhesive, brow pencil, brow gel and tweezer cleaner are sold through the online shop. The business also points to Flawless Beauty XXI Lash Academy for lash training. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $20, $80, $100 and $200, or a custom amount.
