The salon describes its focus as more than styling, coloring and cutting: it talks about graceful aging, cell rejuvenation and keeping hair looking youthful, and it uses products it describes as high-performance, meant to support scalp and hair health.

Detangling is a specialty. The service is offered for curly, coily and straight hair, and it does not begin with traditional wet detangling, which the salon says lowers the risk of breakage. Clients with scalp conditions are asked to mention them before the appointment so the approach can be adjusted, and clients are advised not to try detangling at home beforehand. Brief breaks are not charged, though excessive breaks may be added to the final bill. Children under 7 are not accepted for detangling, and travel fees may apply to mobile detangling.

Color and smoothing are the other core services. Gray coverage uses a double pigment formula that the salon says covers more gray and fades less, and a consultation is recommended before coloring gray or silver hair. Smoothing services use Keratin Complex products, including the Signature Smoothing Treatment, KC Max and the Express Blowout. The Brazilian Blowout is a liquid keratin treatment finished in the salon, which the salon says takes 80 minutes or less. Keratin treatments are booked as sessions at least 3 hours long, and clients are asked not to pull their hair up or work out for 72 hours afterward. Complimentary consultations are offered for color and smoothing services.

Energy healing sessions are offered alongside hair services, including a 90-minute Reiki session and Pranic Healing, with options such as EFT tapping and sound bathing. Sessions average one to one and a half hours, and guests are asked to arrive on time and silence their phones unless recording.
