Beauty By Size, founded in January 2017 by Denise Dee Size, operates from suite space within Veritas Medical & Wellness Center in Patchogue. Size also performs permanent makeup. The center is linked with specialist doctors and advanced-practice clinicians who work together. According to the studio, its aim is to help women look and feel confident in a natural way through advanced aesthetic treatments. The studio says it believes beauty begins internally and is brought out through close attention to detail.

The permanent makeup menu covers brows, eyeliner, lips, lash line work, beauty marks and 3D moles. Brow options include hand-stroke microblading, powder and shadow brows, 3D combo or hybrid brows, nano brows and nano shading, with touch-up appointments scheduled according to how long it has been since the last session. Eyeliner options range from fine to thick lines, and upper eyelid correction is offered to work on older blue or green eyeliner over several sessions. Lip services include full lip blushing and thin feather 3D lip edging, and nano lash is a permanent lash-line procedure. Non-laser tattoo removal and tiny tattoos are also offered. Brow, lip and eyeliner appointments include a phone consultation and numbing at no separate fee, and brow maintenance requires brow photos sent by text before booking.

Consultations for permanent makeup can be done virtually by text, video call, email or FaceTime at no cost, or in person for $50 for 30 minutes. The in-studio fee is credited toward the first permanent makeup service when booked, and is free when an in-studio consultation is booked alongside another beauty service. Consultations require at least three clear photos taken in natural light without filters, showing the right side, left side and a centered front view. Permanent makeup and microblading are not offered as house calls.

The facial menu includes advanced facials such as Fire and Ice, Gua Sha, Deep Sonic Cleanse, lymphatic drainage, back facials, LED therapy, microcurrent eye treatment and oxygen spray, along with a range of add-on serums and masks. Medical facial options include diamond microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, micro-needling and nano needling infusion facials, and glycolic, lactic and salicylic chemical peels are customized to skin type and strength. Medical spa services such as HydraFacial, laser hair removal and Botox are available by appointment through the Veritas center. Body services include massage, a healing body wrap and body ritual sessions.

The wellness side of the studio includes reiki, sound healing, crystal healing, chakra balancing, oracle card readings, energy clearing, and monthly healing and sacred sound circles. Remote sessions are available, and house calls for non-permanent-makeup services are offered in The Hamptons and Nassau County. The studio asks energy healing clients to arrive freshly showered and free of caffeine, alcohol or recreational substances, and remote healing requires a recent photo and a short email describing the intention for the session.
