The studio aims to be a calm, welcoming place where clients can unwind and focus on their own self-care. It is meant to feel safe for people of all backgrounds, who can come as they are.

Every visit is booked online by appointment. A non-refundable $20 booking fee holds the time and goes toward the total, and the remaining balance is due on the day, paid by cash or card. A card must be kept on file, and changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Booking means the client has agreed to the studio's policies.

Waxing removes hair from the root using soft or hard resin, and the studio says results last for weeks. Sugaring is an all-natural method made from three ingredients, applied against the direction of hair growth, and it is described as gentler than waxing. Hair should be about the length of a grain of rice before a visit, and results typically last three to five weeks depending on growth cycles and consistency.
