Beauty by Moe is owned by Motisa Dobbs, an esthetician, and the stated goal of the studio is to enhance the beauty clients already have. The menu centers on lashes and brows, with body waxing, facial hair removal and permanent makeup also on offer.

Lash fullsets are customized to eye shape and the fullness a client wants, and the style and length are chosen at a consultation. A full set starts at $140 and takes about 60 minutes or more. Fill-ins replace lashes lost from an existing set, starting at $50 for about 30 minutes or more. A lash deep clean, sometimes called a lash scratch, gently exfoliates buildup along the lash line and starts at $15. The portfolio shows classic, wispy, volume, hybrid and short volume styles, and one client review on the website praises the hybrid lashes.

Brow services include a $25 tint with brow mapping (30 minutes), a $15 wax (15 minutes), a $40 tint and wax combination (45 minutes, with a $15 deposit for new clients) and a $100 lamination, tint and wax (60 minutes, with a $20 deposit). Permanent makeup begins with a free 15-minute consultation, held in person or by phone, that covers the process, contraindications and preparation. Ombre brow microshading is $350 for about 195 minutes and requires a $50 deposit and a consultation first. Touch-ups for clients whose first ombre session was done by Moe are $150 for about 120 minutes with a $25 deposit. Clients whose ombre brows were done elsewhere are asked to book a consultation or call the salon. Nano brows are $400 for about 210 minutes with a $50 deposit, using a digital machine with a fine needle to place pigment in strokes that mimic natural brow hairs.

Hair removal extends beyond the brows: eyebrow waxing is joined by upper lip removal and chin removal with hard wax, each $7 for 10 minutes. Semi-permanent lash removal starts at $30 for about 30 minutes, with the price discussed at the appointment, and an up charge applies if it runs longer than 30 minutes.

The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday and Friday 9 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 2:30 PM; it is closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours notice, and cancelling within that window carries a 30% service fee. If the salon cancels within 24 hours, a discount goes toward the client's next service, except for unexpected weather or emergencies. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment, and it can also be arranged in person. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, with optional scheduled delivery; gift card sales are final.
