Beauty By Jlo has two listed locations in Buckeye, AZ 85326, one at W Lower Buckeye Rd and one at S Apache Rd. The studio opens at 9:00 am. Its menu is built around lash extensions and lash maintenance, with brow lamination and a set of add-on services alongside.

Lash extension styles named on the site include wispy volume, wispy wet set, wispy set, wispy hybrid, hybrid cat eye and mega volume. Full sets take about two and a half hours, lash fills about an hour and a half, and mini fills about an hour. Lash removal takes around 30 minutes. Korean lash lifts are listed in several versions: a standard lift, a lift with tint, and a wispy volume lift. Brow lamination, with tint as the featured option, takes 30 minutes or more.

Booking requires a $30 deposit, which is not refundable. That deposit can be applied once to move an appointment within one month. The balance is paid in cash; electronic payments add a $10 fee. Arriving late costs a $10 fee after 10 minutes, and appointments are canceled after 15 minutes. Changes need 24 hours notice or the deposit is kept. Changes made on the same day, up to two hours before, are charged 80% of the service, and anything inside two hours is charged in full. No-call, no-shows are charged the full service to rebook or are blocked from booking again. Extra guests are not allowed unless approved.

Lash fills have their own rules. A fill needs at least half of the existing lashes still in place, or it is charged as a full set with no added time. Fills must be booked within three weeks of the last visit, and fills done elsewhere are not accepted. Mini fills are offered 2 to 9 days after the previous appointment and require about 70% retention.

Clients arrive with clean lashes, free of eye makeup, mascara and lash glue, and without caffeine beforehand. On arrival, clients send a message and are told when to come in. Each client completes the consent form for their service once, whether for brow lamination, a lash lift or lash extensions.
