Shampoo, conditioner and blow drying are included in every service, and the price stays the same for clients who arrive already shampooed. Appointments are booked online through the business website. Deposits go toward the service and the remaining balance is paid on the day. Deposits cannot be refunded or transferred. Payment can be made through PayPal or Cash App via links on the booking page. The cancellation policy asks for at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations require a new deposit to reschedule, and clients who do not cancel in that window must pay a non-refundable $100 fee before they can book again. Children and extra guests are not permitted inside the salon. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30am to 6:30pm.
Services are planned around each client's hair texture and skin type, with particular experience in bob cuts and extensions.
