Beauty by Ciara D is located at 197 Columbus Ave., Suite 109, in Rochester, NH. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Tuesdays from 10 AM to 6 PM, and is closed on weekends.

Permanent makeup is a major part of the studio. Services cover brows, lips and eyeliner, along with lip neutralization, tattoo lightening and removal, and emergency removal of work done within the first 48 hours. A permanent makeup consultation lasts 30 minutes at no charge and covers the process, aftercare, and which options suit a client's skin type and daily routine. The owner has also said that areola reconstruction and scalp micropigmentation are planned additions.

Hair services include cuts, color, treatments, blowouts and silk press. Color options range from gloss and toner to highlights, balayage, ombre and multi-step color correction. Haircuts are available to returning haircut and color clients. Natural hair of all textures can be silk pressed without relaxers, and a detangle session is offered as a longer appointment with wash, detox scalp treatment, deep conditioning and blowout.

Brow and waxing services include brow tinting, brow lamination, a combined brow tint and lamination, waxing for brows, lip, full face or underarm, and a one-on-one brow tutorial for doing brows at home. Payment options include Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, approved before the appointment, and Affirm, Afterpay and Klarna for permanent makeup. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, along with no-shows for permanent makeup and hair coloring, carry a 50% charge to the card on file.
