Before color, loc extensions or loc repairs, clients are asked to have a consultation so pricing can be set accurately. First-time clients also have a consultation for the same reason.
Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. If an appointment falls on a closed day, a $50 after-hours fee is added. Anyone who plans to bring guests or children should say so in advance, and clients who are feeling ill are asked to reschedule. Clients with an event coming up are encouraged to book one to two days ahead so the appointment is not rushed. No-shows are not able to book again.
