Permanent makeup is a major part of the menu. Brow options include microblading, a semi-permanent technique that builds the look of fuller brows; ombre, shading and powder brow work for a fuller, softer result; and microshading, which combines microblading with shading. Eyeliner and lip blush are also offered. An eyebrow correction consultation covers reshaping and waxing before any further work, and corrections and removals are priced individually, with the session listed at about five hours.

Skin care sessions are built around each client's skin needs. The Signature Facial, at two hours, combines deep exfoliation, lymphatic drainage massage, dermaplaning, an enzyme treatment, ultrasonic work and LED light therapy. The Infusion, at 90 minutes, uses a customized active serum with radiofrequency, a hydrogel mask and LED. The Classic Facial, at 90 minutes, includes extraction, a hydrogel mask and LED. The Beauty By Chona Glow is a 75-minute microneedling treatment adjusted to the skin's current condition. Chemical peels and microdermabrasion are also offered for concerns such as sun damage, fine lines and acne scarring.

A three-month Acne Bootcamp package, priced at $2,500, runs over 12 weeks. It includes weekly progress consultations, customized acne treatments, homecare products and ongoing support. The business's video describes its Natural Facelift Massage as noninvasive with no downtime.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment and is applied to the service total. Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, and the deposit can be moved once to the new appointment. Cancellations, no-shows and changes with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit is needed to book again.

Skin care is customized to each client's skin needs, with treatments adjusted to the skin's current condition.
