The color menu is broad. It includes all-over color, root touch-ups with or without a cut, gloss and toner for refreshing dull color and removing unwanted tones, and a 5 Min Blonde service that lightens darker natural hair so the contrast softens into the lengths. Highlight work ranges from face-framing money pieces and partial or full foil to full balayage, which is done by foiling or painting for a blended, sun-kissed result. Base color with highlights is offered for clients who need color on regrowth and dimension in the same visit. Color correction addresses previous color, including box dye, semi- or demi-permanent color, and lightening, and is booked as a longer appointment.

For men who want to reduce grey, the Men's Reshade Add-on blends grey hair without a visible grow-out. The studio describes it as the most masculine way to do this. Keratin Smoothing Treatment is offered for unruly, frizzy hair and is listed as lasting three to five months. It takes a long appointment, so clients should plan their day around it.

Before booking, a cut and color consultation is available as a 30-minute appointment, and the listed starting price is $0. Cancelling or rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice. Later changes are charged 50% of the starting cost of the service, and a missed appointment with no call is charged its full cost. Rescheduling waits until any fee has been paid.
