Owner Brenda opened it in 2019, after graduating from Ogle in 2017 and starting to lash full time shortly afterward. The salon describes its team as licensed and certified estheticians.

Classic applies one lash to each natural lash for a subtle result. Natural hybrid blends in a similar application for a soft, mixed look. Volume uses 7-8D fans for a fuller look and a darker lash line. Wispy combines volume lashes with spikes for a feathered strip-lash effect, while wet lash uses closed fans for a thicker, more defined finish. Anime uses long spikes over a very short volume base for an open-eyed, wispy look. Each final result varies with the client's natural lashes.

Color is available as Half/Full Color, which is confirmed by message, or as Color just on the corner, which can be added to any set. Clients pick from a range of colors and message their choice before the appointment so the salon can check stock.

Booking requires a card on file to reserve an appointment. Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead are charged an automatic cancellation fee, and same-day cancellations are charged the full service fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late should let the salon know, and late arrivals without notice are cancelled and charged the fee. Touch-ups are only done within 10 days of a set; after that, the visit is treated as a refill. Touch-ups need at least 60% of lashes remaining, while refills need 40-50%, and below 40% the visit is treated as a full set. Clients should review the policies tab before booking.
