The salon works by appointment only. Bookings can be made through the website or by text, and clients can also call or text to visit and look at merchandise or the space before booking. Clients unsure which hair service suits them can contact the salon first with their hair goals and a current photo. Before any service begins, clients are asked to review their provider's booking menu and talk through pricing. Some services need separate appointments, and some treatments must be scheduled in a set order or on different days.

Sewn-in beaded weft hair extensions are offered by consultation. The process covers the consultation itself, a color match, weft selection, placement, a blending cut and aftercare instructions. Hair extension options include hand-tied, machine and hybrid wefts, along with tape-ins, i-tips, Hair Dreams nano, dreads and tinsel. Extension appointments require a non-refundable deposit of at least 50 percent. The salon says sewn-in beaded wefts last 6 to 10 weeks before a move-up.

Red light therapy and UV tanning are sold as pre-purchased sessions. Red light sessions are $15 each before taxes, and a package of six red light and six tanning sessions is $129.60 and takes about 45 minutes. Red light and tanning sessions expire six months after purchase. The salon says it offers the lowest cost in the Twin Cities North Metro area.

Clients are encouraged to share their hair goals and a current photo before booking, and to review pricing before any service starts. Each professional works independently within the collective, and the team focuses on connecting clients with the services that fit their goals.
