Blonding comes in four levels. Mini blonding lightens a few pieces around the face, partial blonding covers the top of the head and around the face, and full blonding lightens as far as needed to reach the desired look. Transformative blonding is for clients with no blonde in their hair or six or more months since their last blonding service, and includes customized placement. Every blonding service includes toner and a blowout, and a root shadow add-on can blend in grow-out for a lower-maintenance blonde.

For darker or richer shades, lowlights add natural-looking dimension and all over color applies one solid shade from roots to ends. Gloss uses a semi-permanent color to refresh faded color or soften brassiness in blonde hair. Root touch ups cover about one inch of grow-out, often for grey coverage, and are not lightening services.

Clients can book an in-person consultation to talk through hair goals before committing to a service. The consultation lasts 15 minutes, requires a 15 dollar deposit, and its price varies. Questions can also be sent through the contact form on the website. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from 50 to 4,000 dollars, with approval needed before the appointment.

Reservations require a valid credit card on file. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice are charged 50 percent of the booked services, including partial cancellations, and no-shows without notice are charged the full amount. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may have the service adjusted, the appointment rescheduled, or be treated as a no-show. Each appointment allows two reschedules. Services are non-refundable once completed, and any adjustment must be requested within 7 days. Adjustments refine the service agreed at consultation rather than creating a new one, and are decided at Ava Weiss's discretion. Clients confirm at checkout that services were completed in full and approved at departure. Children are not allowed in the studio unless they are being serviced, and additional guests are not permitted because space is limited.

Services are shaped around each client's goals, starting with a consultation, and k18 is recommended with every blonding service.
