Bridal trial runs are offered in two versions. The makeup trial at $300 includes luxury skin preparation, one bridal makeup look, eyelash selection and a personalized touch-up kit. The makeup and hair trial at $500 includes one makeup look and one hairstyle, with clip-in extension and veil placement. Extra looks on the same day can be added for $250 per service if requested beforehand. The business suggests booking a trial two to three months before the wedding. A trial does not reserve the wedding date, and trials are only offered to brides who have officially booked wedding-day services.

Wedding-day options start with Wedding Day Bridal Beauty Essentials at $925 and up, covering up to four hours of hair and makeup, luxury skin prep, a touch-up kit, dress, shoe and jewelry assisting, veil and accessory placement, and a customized beauty timeline. The Bridal Package for wedding-day hair and makeup is $1,350. The Luxury Bridal Glam Package is $2,000 and adds a two-hour stand-by touch-up service. The Wedding Day Bridal Hair, Makeup and Assisting Experience is also $1,350 and includes bridal dressing, wedding day planning, on-site service and travel. Travel within 30 miles of the Duluth studio is included for bridal bookings. Calls starting before 7:00 AM or after 6:00 PM carry an early or late call fee of $100 or more per stylist.

Outside of bridal, In-Studio Makeup Services are $250 and take about two hours. In-Studio Makeup and Hair Services are $500 and include skin prep, makeup, false lashes and hair, taking three to four hours. A one-on-one Hands On Makeup Lesson at $450 runs two and a half to three hours and covers skin prep, foundation blending, contouring and eye makeup, with product recommendations. On-site special occasion, photoshoot and night-out makeup are available within 30 miles of the studio for $375 for makeup and hair or $500 for makeup only.

Eyelash extensions use synthetic mink lashes attached individually to natural lashes. Custom full sets take about three hours at $270, bottom lashes take about an hour at $110, and refills are offered at 1.5 hours for $120 or 2.5 hours for $170. Clients are recommended to return every three to four weeks for a refill. Foreign refills for lashes done elsewhere start at $170, and the artist decides whether a full removal is needed. Korean keratin lash lifts are $120 and take about 1.5 hours, with results typically lasting six to eight weeks; adding lash tinting brings the price to $140. Brow lamination with brow wax is $130, or $180 with tinting. Brow wax or brow plugging can only be added alongside a lash lift or lash extension service.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Bridal bookings require a signed contract and a 50% deposit, and bridal trial runs require a non-refundable, non-transferable retainer. Cancellations within 72 hours are charged 25% of the service, within 24 hours 50%, and same day 100%. A no-show is charged the full service. Services are not refundable, but concerns raised within 72 hours of the appointment may receive a fix under the salon's guarantee. Accepted payments include cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and credit card, with a 5% fee on card payments.
