Services are grouped into weddings, special occasions and private makeup lessons. In-studio special occasion makeup starts at $175 for a 60-minute appointment, and on-location event makeup starts at $225 per person with a three-person minimum. Bridal previews and trials are booked at the studio Wednesday through Sunday. Wedding dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer are in place, and weddings should be booked six to 12 months ahead. Other events should be booked at least 48 hours ahead, and earlier during prom season and holidays.

Every appointment begins with skin prep, includes an under-eye treatment and a decollete glow, and comes with customizable lashes at no added cost, so the price is the same with or without lashes. Makeup uses professional-grade, long-wearing and water-resistant products. Each client gets fresh brushes and disposable applicators, and products are never double-dipped. Hair services are not offered, but the studio refers clients to hairstylists it recommends. Facials are booked through Skin By Christiane.

A valid card on file through Fresha is needed to confirm an appointment. Cancellations made more than 48 hours ahead carry no charge, while cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full service fee. Cash and credit or debit cards are accepted, but personal checks and Venmo are not. Prices are firm and no discounts are offered. On-location bookings have a $685 minimum. Wedding services booked within Staten Island have no travel fee, and bookings off Staten Island carry a distance-based travel fee. Bookings more than two hours away require overnight accommodations. Parties of five or more may need an additional artist, and the studio can accommodate up to six people, including the bride. The business states it is licensed and insured.
