Facials range from a quick express treatment and specialty options such as a back facial and a cold foam facial, up to a full-service facial that takes about an hour and fifteen minutes. The full-service version includes a double cleanse, enzyme, steam, exfoliation, extractions if needed, a face and decollete massage, a mask with hand and arm massage, and serums and moisturizer applied with chilled jade rollers or a jade stone. An Acne Consult is a separate 30-minute visit covering cleansing, skin analysis, light extractions, high frequency and an acne-focused treatment plan; it is not a full facial. High frequency and LED light therapy can be added to facials, and the business describes its Nano Technology Facial, which can also be added to any facial, as non-invasive and pain-free.

Bridal makeup begins with a phone consultation and a trial session at the salon, and the wedding-day makeup is included in the booking price. That price also covers lashes and new mascara and lipstick for the bride. On-site travel is charged extra, wedding party packages are available, and travel costs can be split among the party. Payment is due on the day of the wedding.

Waxing is available for the face, brows, ears, nose, arms, legs, underarms, back, chest, stomach, shoulders and intimate areas, with single-area options as well as full-face and full Brazilian services. Ear waxing is limited to the outside of the ear, and nose waxing is limited to the outside and just inside of the nose. Skincare products are also sold through the online shop.

Facials are tailored to each client after a skin analysis, and acne is handled as its own planning visit rather than folded into a standard facial.
