Hours are Tuesday and Friday 9 am to 5 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 11 am to 5 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm, with the shop closed on Sunday and Monday. A $10 late fee applies when a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, and a $10 after-hours fee is added when a client asks for a time after 5 pm. Fairy hair is also offered, at $10 for 9 strands.
