Installation uses custom-ordered extensions, blended and styled to the client's hair, and includes care and styling education. The Deluxe Deep Conditioning Treatment adds a customized conditioning mask, scalp massage and a lavender eye mask, and blowouts are available on their own.

Extension clients are walked through the process, pricing, upkeep and recommendations before booking, and they receive care education with their installation.
