About

Beauty & Butterflies Med Spa sits in downtown Apache Junction. The spa describes its care as top-tier aesthetic care in a warm, elegant setting. Client reviews mention easy parking, a quiet location and a clean space, and one reviewer calls it a quality local business.

The clinical team includes a nurse practitioner who leads aesthetics, a registered nurse and an aesthetician. Injectable and medical treatments are handled by the nursing staff, while facials and skin services are provided by the aesthetician. The spa says aesthetic treatments are not a one-time fix and recommends regular follow-up and maintenance appointments. Reviewers say treatment plans are individualized and that options are explained without pressure to buy extra products.

The menu is broad. Neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments sit alongside PDO thread lifts, chemical peels, RF microneedling and fibroblast skin tightening. Facial services include custom facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, back facials and scalp massage. Body work includes CryoShape cryolipolysis, Kybella and Lipo-Dissolve. Other offerings are PRP and PRF treatments, Organic Teeth Whitening, brow lamination, skin tag removal, a full waxing menu, IV therapy, hormone replacement consultations and weight management options. Reviewers note the spa has been adding treatments over time.

Toxin treatments are listed starting at $260, and the spa notes that the average cost depends on the areas treated. Clients can book online through the spa's booking page.

Treatment is framed as ongoing care rather than a single visit, with regular follow-up and maintenance recommended. Plans are personalized to each client, with the aim of natural-looking results.

A warm, elegant setting that clients describe as quiet, clean and easy to park at.
