Acne work starts with an Acne Questionnaire about routine, concerns and goals. The Acne Virtual Consultation is a 30-minute online session for $50 that includes personalized recommendations, education and a customized skincare plan, and acne consultations are structured as a 12-week program. A Skin Questionnaire and a Makeup Questionnaire serve the same purpose before any product is suggested.

For makeup, the Custom Blending Session is a 30-minute in-studio visit for $55 that matches powder or liquid foundation to a client's skin tone and finish. Camera-Ready Makeup is a 60-minute service for $75 for photo sessions such as senior portraits, maternity shoots, family photos and engagement shoots. It is done in the studio or with limited travel, and it is not offered for bridal bookings.

Lessons are available in two formats. The Everyday Makeup Lesson is a 60-minute in-studio session for $65. The Private In-Home Makeup Lesson runs about 90 minutes for $150 and includes color matching and product guidance; it is offered in Auburn and nearby areas, with a possible small travel fee further out. Private Beauty Parties run about 1.5 to 2 hours for $250 for up to 4 guests, with extra guests at $35 each up to 8 total. Parties suit pre-teens, teens and adults and can be customized or themed. The host receives a $25 product credit, and each guest receives samples and a personalized makeup look sheet.

Product Pick Up or Color Update is a complimentary 30-minute visit with flexible pick-up times, including after hours. The online shop sells skincare and makeup marked acne safe, which the site says contain no pore-clogging ingredients, parabens, harsh chemicals, bismuth oxychloride, talc or known skin irritants, and are not tested on animals. Every order includes complimentary samples and ships by USPS for a $6 flat rate within the USA. In-studio appointments carry a 24-hour cancellation policy with a $50 late or no-show fee, which is waived if the slot is refilled from the waitlist. Makeup, including custom blended makeup, is non-refundable, though makeup causing an adverse reaction can be exchanged or credited within 15 days with a receipt.
