Clients who book lash appointments are asked to arrive with no makeup or mascara on, to clean their lashes the day before, and to shower in advance and avoid wetting the face in the 24 hours before the visit. Caffeinated drinks are discouraged beforehand. A nonrefundable $30 deposit reserves each appointment and can be sent through Venmo; the business messages the client once it arrives. Cancelled appointments forfeit the deposit, and one reschedule is allowed before the deposit expires after a month.

House calls bring a lash bed and supplies to the client's home. A new lash set takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes and a fill about 1 hour and 20 minutes, and prices differ by location, so clients are asked to message the business for the exact figure. Other services can also be done at home.

The facial runs about an hour and includes LED light therapy, high-frequency treatment, and masks.

The business sets clear time limits on refunds and fix-ups. Problems should be reported within three to four days of the appointment, and anything after that is nonrefundable. Refunds are not issued for services more than three days after the visit. Extensions that fall out within three to four days receive a free or discounted service, and a second fall-out earns a partial refund. If an infection is suspected, clients send photos and the appointment date, then return for extension removal and a lash bath, after which the full deposit is refunded. One client quoted on the site calls the lash technician the best in Glendale; this is the client's own opinion.
