There is no front desk. Clients book online through a Mangomint booking page and ask questions before booking by text. The studio is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and it has a published refund policy that clients accept at checkout.
Body waxing is done with a hypoallergenic soft wax. The studio says Brazilian waxes take about seven minutes and that results last four to eight weeks. Disposable waxing materials are used, treatment rooms are sanitized after each appointment, and tools go through a cleaning, disinfecting and sterilizing process under a TDLR-approved method.
The signature vajacial is aimed at ingrown hairs, irritation and uneven skin tone in the bikini area. It combines exfoliants, extractions, calming masks and serums, and can be booked alone or with a waxing service. The Luxe Vajacial does not include a Brazilian wax and is only for clients who were recently waxed or shaved, with no hair growth at the visit.
Brow lamination lasts up to six weeks, and the hybrid tint lasts up to two and a half weeks. Brow lamination touch-ups are only for existing lamination clients and are recommended every four to six weeks. The studio also offers in-person training in Spring and Houston, virtual training, ebooks and online courses for waxing professionals, and sells aftercare skincare products for pickup at the Spring studio.
Works with soft wax and disposable materials, with a sanitation process after every appointment, and also teaches other waxing professionals.
