The salon describes its mission as high-level guest service with professional products, with each guest educated on their hair and scalp care needs. It aims to offer that care in a clean, safe and relaxing space.

To find the salon from the parking lot, the building is the first one on the right. Guests enter through the second entrance, beside the bike racks, marked Salon Entry.

Booking categories include color services, extensions, silk press classes, one-on-one sessions and relaxer services. Color services are not offered at a first visit and require a consultation before booking. A first visit, or a visit after more than 90 days without a service from the owner, is booked as a First Time Guest appointment. Services are not offered to anyone under 13.

Booking requires a non-refundable reservation fee starting at $25, which is credited toward the bill. Guests can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment, but only through the booking app; texts, calls, emails and voicemails are not accepted for changes. A missed appointment without notice is charged the full service cost plus card transaction fees, and the guest loses the ability to book future appointments. There is a 15-minute grace period, after which the service may not be guaranteed and the deposit is forfeited. Guests running late are asked to contact the salon ahead of time.

Hair should arrive fully detangled from roots to ends, loose, and free of braids or ponytails. A $35 detangling fee applies when that isn't done, and the service may not be accommodated if detangling is needed. A detox add-on is recommended for excess oil, product build-up or dandruff.

Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle and Apple Pay. Card and Cash App payments carry a 3% tax surcharge, and the outstanding balance is due at the end of the service. Before and after photos of the hair may be taken for social media.
