A visit usually begins with a free 30-minute consultation to talk through what the client wants and plan the look before any appointment is set. Color prices are listed as starting amounts, with approximate appointment lengths; the final cost depends on the starting color.
The color menu leans toward lightening. It includes hand-painted balayage, full and partial foil, a lived-in blonde that uses toner, smudge root and custom foil placement, and a set of named seasonal looks such as Autumn Balayage, Pumpkin Spice Copper, Chocolate Espresso Brunette and Vanilla Latte Blonde. Glosses, toners, lowlights and root melt are available to adjust tone or soften regrowth between foil appointments.
Payment is taken on the booking site, and Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. A no-show or a cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment is charged 50% of the service price.
