The color menu covers toner, root touch-ups, face frame highlights, partial and full highlights, and full lowlights. Many color services include a blow dry and a haircut, and partial and full highlights also include toner. Haircuts include a shampoo and blow dry. Blowouts come in a standard version and a version for clients with extensions. Extension services include a short consultation, reinstalls or move-ups, and new installs.
Clients can also join one of four monthly memberships. Each one bundles a set number of blowouts with a hydrating treatment and a scalp massage. The Bombshell adds a haircut, and The IT Girl adds priority booking and 10% off color services. The Mane Character membership is designed around extensions. Members book as usual and the membership benefit is applied at checkout in the salon. The business says each plan saves members money compared with paying individually.
Spray tanning is offered in studio at $75 and as a mobile service at $90. Clients are asked to disclose their hair history before color work, including past color, box dye, lightener, henna, smoothing treatments and other chemical services. Results are not guaranteed, since color outcomes depend on starting color, texture, condition and upkeep, and some transformations take more than one visit. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations may carry a fee. Services are nonrefundable, and concerns should be raised within 7 days of the appointment.
