Before a first appointment, clients are asked to send a photo of their current hair, a summary of their hair history from the last five years, the products they use at home, and inspiration photos of the style they want. A $100 deposit is required to secure an appointment.

The menu is grouped into haircuts, hair color, hair treatments and extensions. Haircut prices include a wash and style. Color services range from glosses and bleach touch-ups to highlights and color correction. Treatments include deep conditioning, a scalp treatment, perms and the Brazilian Blowout, which comes with take-home products. Extension services cover tape-ins, sew-in beads, extension removal and track removal.
