Visits begin with a customized consultation with one of the nurses, who talk through your concerns, look at your facial features and outline treatment options. Clients complete an intake form and consent forms before their appointment. Botox is given with a fine needle, usually in 10 to 15 minutes, and no numbing cream is needed. Results may begin within two days and reach their fullest within 14 days, with re-treatment typically every three to four months. Nefertiti Lift and Platysmal Lift require a consultation before booking.
Beyond injectables, the menu includes Kybella for double chin, Juvederm fillers for volume and lines, SkinVive for hydration and smoothness, chemical peels, InMode and Morpheus8 radiofrequency treatments, V Tone muscle stimulation, CO2 lift masks, scar reduction and B12 energy shots. Peptide options (GHK-Cu, NAD and GLP-1s) are prescribed through a telehealth consultation with a licensed physician in all 50 states, and oral peptides that need no injections are also offered.
The Maple Grove office sits off Hemlock, south of 494, in a brick building. Clients park at the back and use the corner office. The White Bear Lake location, off Highway 96, occupies the former Avari Beauty space near Applebee's and Cub Foods. Maple Grove is open from 8 AM to 8 PM, with Sunday and Monday visits by appointment only. White Bear Lake keeps weekday hours from 10 AM to 4 PM and is closed on weekends.
Payment options include an Allē payment plan, with pre-approval for up to $10,000 and payments over up to 24 months. Plans start as low as 0% APR, subject to eligibility. Approvals last 30 days and apply to Beautox Bar only. A $100 cancellation fee applies at both locations, with some restrictions.
Treatment plans are built around a customized consultation with a nurse, with the aim of helping clients look and feel their best at every age.
