Treatment plans are customized, and injectable work is kept conservative and balanced so the face stays natural, with the lips balanced against the rest of the face rather than overfilled. The clinic says it uses only FDA-approved products and that it was one of the first clinics in the region to introduce EZ Gel and Renuva.

The menu is grouped into injectables such as Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Skinvive and plasma-based EZ Gel and PRP EZ Gel; microneedling in several forms; Morpheus8 radiofrequency microneedling for the face, neck, eyes, body and specific concerns; Lumecca IPL, Forma and vein treatments; and wellness IV drips and vitamin shots. Many treatments are offered as a series of visits, and signature packages and treatment plans can be adjusted based on goals, provider recommendation, treatment history and appropriateness.

Appointments are required, and walk-ins aren't taken, so clients schedule through the online portal. The clinic asks to be told at least 24 hours in advance of a cancellation, and it charges $50 for late cancellations and missed appointments. CareCredit and Cherry offer financing with monthly payments, with APRs as low as 0% on eligible plans, and checking pre-qualification does not affect a credit score. Certain treatments require a consultation or medical clearance first. Whether a treatment can go ahead the same day as a consultation depends on the service, provider availability, medical eligibility, and completed forms and consents.

Preparation is simple: arrive with clean skin when possible, avoid blood-thinning medications or supplements unless prescribed, and follow pre-care instructions. Avoiding alcohol before injectable and skin treatments may help reduce bruising and swelling. Downtime varies by treatment, from little or none to redness, swelling, peeling or temporary sensitivity. Regenerative and collagen-building treatments may improve gradually over weeks or months, and results vary by person. Most IV wellness appointments take about 30 to 60 minutes.
