Every visit to a new client starts with the Get to Know You Consultation, a 30 to 45 minute clinical evaluation. It includes VISIA skin imaging, a conversation with a licensed provider, and a written customized Beautique Beauty Plan, along with an itemized pricing review. Some services require this consultation first, and clients can request one online for a weekday in an AM, lunch or PM time block. Clients who are ready can go straight into a treatment the same day.

Medical services are performed under the supervision of Dr. Sanchez, the Medical Director. Treatments may be carried out by licensed nurse practitioners, physician assistants or registered nurses following clinical protocols and supervision requirements. According to the business, its staff are licensed medical professionals and certified aestheticians. Payment plans are available to spread the cost of treatments out over time.

The spa also offers three monthly memberships: Glow at $99, Refine at $199 and Transform at $399. Each tier gives a percentage off services and retail, monthly Beauty Bank credit that rolls over, guest passes at different intervals, and 2x Radiant Rewards points, with a birthday discount on the total purchase. Beauty Bank credit can be used on any treatment or product and does not expire. Members can pause or cancel with advance notice, as set out in the membership agreement. Prospective members can book a free Glow Consultation to help choose a tier.
