On the hair side, color ranges from base breaks, which blur and blend an existing line of color, through ammonia free color, foil highlights and lowlights, and balayage or specialty blonding. Color correction is priced after a required consultation. Permanent waves also need a consultation before booking. Smoothing options include Amika Smooth Over, Keratin Express, Keratin Complex and Brazilian Blowout, and hair extensions are priced by quotation through a partnership with Beauvoir Hair Extensions. Haircuts and blowouts include a kids cut for children 9 and under, a men's clipper or scissor-over-comb cut, and a silk press.

The facial menu runs from a teen facial to an Age Summon Facial, with the Beautique Spa Facial, a European-style treatment using products sold only inside the spa, as a central option. Buccal Massage works on the jaw and cheeks from outside and inside the mouth using gloved hands. Facial add-ons are recommended by the provider and quoted at the time. Waxing covers the face, body and bikini areas. Hair should be at least a quarter inch long or two to four weeks of growth, whichever is longer. Waxing sticks are single-use, equipment is sterilized, and clients on certain prescription medications may need to wait two to six weeks before waxing.

Clients can book and buy gift cards through the online booking site or mobile app. Cancelling within 24 hours of an appointment incurs a charge of half the booked price, and no-shows or cancellations within one hour incur the full price. Extensions, wigs and top pieces cannot be returned.

The salon says its tiered pricing and commission structure lets providers raise their prices and commission rates as demand on their time grows, and service providers are paid entirely on commission.
