BeautifywithNancy is operated as BeautifywithNancy, LLC and is located in Suite 160 at 7240 East Point Douglas Road South in Cottage Grove. The studio is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm and is closed on Sundays.

The menu centers on hair color and cutting. The cutting menu includes a Standard Blunt Line Cut with no layers, a Signature Layered Cut for medium to long layers, and a Korean Inspired Texture Layered Cut that builds short to long layers with wispy detailing and softened bulky ends. The studio describes the Signature Layered Cut as a longtime favorite.

Booking is deposit-based. Haircut appointments take a $40 deposit, bang trims take $15, and color, tint and other services take $100. Deposits are non-refundable but are credited toward the final price, and an appointment is not scheduled until its deposit is paid. Clients who need to change plans have one reschedule allowed, with the deposits carried over, while rescheduling with less than 72 hours notice forfeits them. Arriving 15 minutes late without notice counts as a no-show.

Tone and service concerns need to be raised within 24 hours of the appointment. Corrective services must be completed within 3 business days and carry a $60 charge. No refunds are given for services already performed.

Only clients receiving services may come into the salon, so other guests wait outside. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and may not be left unattended in the salon area.
