Before any styling starts, Becky spends time learning what each client wants from their hair, including their vision, daily routine and goals. The studio is known for dimensional color, lived-in blondes and full transformations, alongside its cutting services.

The color menu runs from single-process root touchups and full all-over color to lowlights and dimensional color. Blonding ranges from a full global lightening service for hair that has not been highlighted before, to a packed-foil balayage-style option with a light trim, and a top-section version. Lived-in highlights are blended for a lower-maintenance grow-out, and a root smudge suits clients who wait 10 to 12 weeks between visits. Toner and gloss add shine without lightening and fade over 4 to 8 weeks. For clients who want to lift oxidized color, a pigment remover can take off up to three levels without stripping natural pigment.

Deposits are often required to hold an appointment and are applied to the final total. Appointments can be canceled or moved at least 24 hours ahead without penalty, and the deposit carries over. Late cancellations and missed appointments can forfeit the deposit, and there is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 after approval. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final sale.
