Visits are booked for set hours. The spa is open Wednesday from 10am to 6pm, Thursday from 11:30am to 6:30pm, Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm, and it is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Hours can change. Clients may bring one guest into the treatment room, and a parent or guardian may stay with a minor. Younger children who are not being serviced and cannot wait outside alone need the appointment rescheduled. There is a 6-minute grace period for late arrivals, and clients should call or text if they expect to be late.

Packages can be bought to save on services. Clients are enrolled in a points rewards program after their first booking, and every 500 points can be used toward a service worth $5. Points are earned by visiting, leaving reviews on Vagaro, Yelp, Google or Facebook, and referring someone. First-time Brazilian waxing clients receive a discounted rate.
