Blowouts are a large part of the menu. Prepaid blowout packages run for one, three, six or twelve months and include 4, 12, 24 or 52-plus blowouts depending on the term, and the salon calls its one-year unlimited package the most bang for your buck. Packages cannot be transferred or combined with other promotions, and unused services are not refunded after they expire. Curls can be added to any service for $10.

Color is priced as a starting point, and the final cost can rise with extra color needed, hair length and hair density. Color packages range from a root refresh up to a double process full foil with bonding treatment, and corrective color is quoted after a consultation. Extensions come as K-tip, weft and halo methods in 18 or 22 inch lengths and 13 colors, with custom blends on request. The Confidence Booster and Pink Label Experience installs are priced after consultation.

Every requested appointment requires a deposit. Online bookings take a small percentage of the requested services as deposit, and phone bookings carry a $30 fee. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice, and deposits are not refunded or moved to another day for cancellations within 48 hours or on the day of the appointment, so a new deposit is collected. Monday appointments are offered at a premium price. Gift cards are available for purchase.

Beyond hair, the salon offers body and facial waxing, eyelash extensions and applications done in the shop, and skin treatments including facials for acne and anti-aging. It also provides in-shop and travel wedding hair and makeup. Wedding dates are held with a 50% deposit made two months before the wedding, sized to the wedding party, along with a signed contract; wedding deposits are non-refundable. Travel weddings need at least five people in the bridal party, and the bride supplies names and requested services for each member and handles any changes before the date.
