Men's cuts are customized to each client's style and preferences. Women's cuts can be paired with a blow-dry, a conditioning treatment or a diffuse. Color options include all-over permanent or semi-permanent color, double process color for lighter shades, and color correction, along with full and partial foil highlights. Keratin smoothing treatments, formal updos and waxing for brows, parts of the face and sideburns complete the menu.

Appointments are required. The salon asks for 48 hours' notice to avoid a 50% fee for a missed appointment, which is added to the next booking. Clients who arrive with a fever or illness symptoms are asked to reschedule. Free parking, disabled access, WiFi and a TV are available, and staff speak English and Spanish.
