Color work is planned around how long since the last color: root refreshes for regrowth of four to six weeks, full color for longer gaps, and a consultation before chemical services so the stylist can review hair type and goals. Fashion color such as pastels, neons, reds, blues and purples is booked as double process color, which carries a $150 deposit, and pop of color requires contacting the salon before the appointment.

Booking policies: clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the scheduled services, and a no-show without notice may be charged the full total.
