The menu is grouped into manicures, shellac, gel, hard gel and SNS dip services, Fancy Nails for sculpted and powder sets, a children's line for ages 12 and under, pedicures, add-on services, and waxing. Manicures come in three levels, from a basic soak, file and polish to a signature version that adds a scrub, paraffin treatment, hydrating mask and hot towel. Pedicures run from a 30-minute basic service with callus removal and massage up to a 60-minute organic CBD pedicure with a CBD oil and hot stone massage, paraffin wax and sole treatment. Several pedicures are named by scent or ingredient, including honey, grapefruit, pineapple, mint and white chocolate, and each lists its own scrub, massage length and mask.

Each client gets disposable liners to limit cross-contamination, which the salon describes as ultra-hygienic. Prices can vary with length, nail design and the time a service needs, so the salon asks clients to confirm the price with their technician before the service starts. Gift certificates are available. Advance notice is requested for cancellations, and anyone arriving 10 or more minutes late for an appointment is treated as a walk-in. Health conditions, including diabetes, should be disclosed before service. The salon does not give refunds on services but will try to resolve any issue, and it is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items or gift cards.
